We had a great experience with the Thunderbird Hotel when no other hotel could accommodate us. After driving five hours overnight, we arrived at 5:30 AM and were kindly given flexible check-out options for the same day or the next. There was a billing issue, but Cheyenne Stone, the Assistant General Manager, went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and professionally. The room was exactly what we needed, and we truly appreciate how easy everyone was to work with. We’ll definitely be back - thank you again!

The hotel used to be really good. Recently when I have been calling. People pick up the phone and hang up in your face. Staff member a Caucasian woman with glasses that name starts with a J is very rude and last time I was there. Bugs bit my son face so bad I had to take him to the Emergency Room. There were red ants in the room. Thank God it was not bed bugs but any bugs biting your kids is bad. The only reason why I keep booking is. It’s close to the strip but the stay there is literally getting worse and worse. Every time I go there to Check in guest are upset arguing with the staff. I mean I have saw Whites, Blacks, People with Accents all different race of people women and men arguing with staff because they are so rude.

Had a good time at this hotel, but when my short trip turned into a longer stay, I switched to StayDrive BnB. Everything was easy — from booking to settling in. Loved the comfort and the local feel around the John S. Park area. Way more relaxed than a hotel stay!

The service that was provided by Delia honestly made my stay even better. She helped me through a difficult situation that occurred when I couldn't get my phone to charge, due to a liquid spill that happened in my bag, which caused my phone charger to not work, and made it difficult for me to reserve my room. She stayed calm and handled my situation with lots of patience. I couldn't thank her or the nice lady who both sit at the front desk for helping everyone out enough. Thank You!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had one of the worst experiences ever. Upon check-in, we paid a $125 deposit and were clearly told that smoking in the room was not allowed, which was fine, since we don’t smoke at all. When we checked out, the staff said the deposit would be refunded within 3–5 business days.

I'm SORRY people be LYING! This is one of your better motels in Vegas. This place has a wonderful staff and the room was super clean! I'm glad this place has its colorful exterior and makes u think cheap because it keeps the price extremely affordable. I'm giving away a jewel here I just could not lie I'm so pleased with my stay. Please don't hike up the prices this place is unreal.

I will say this is good spot. Coming from dfw it’s pretty safe if you already been too or from dfw.my room was so big and spacious it just put the cherry on top and the area is right down town and easy to get to public transport. The best staff around is Kristie is amazing and she works with you with anything rooms are non smoking also so it’s great and no casinos so no ransoms and lots of things near by great experience to have here at the thunderbird.

First, the main desk put me into a room with two beds..lol why would I need two beds? It’s just me. So I had to call the front desk and get a diff room that had just a king bed—which is what ai originally reserved.

I love taking stay-cations at Thunderbird! The price is right. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. It’s in the perfect spot downtown, close to everything; all my favorite restaurants and casinos. Christina at the front desk is super efficient and always takes care of everything I need and I never have to worry about any room issues cause even when there is some small problem, she gets it corrected for me immediately and without any of the headaches I’ve had to put up with elsewhere. Always a great experience.
